What a winner!

The work of Astrum-IP in making the services of a patent attorney more accessible to small business continues to be recognised in the form of more business awards. 

Entrepreneurial spirit and business excellence were celebrated in style at a glamorous Oscar-themed Five Counties Gala Awards Ceremony. Local business gathered at the Celtic Manor Resort for the prestigious annual black-tie event, hosted by BBC newsreader, Jamie Owen.

Astrum-IP was awarded the Most Promising New Business Award, sponsored by HSBC, and was also awarded the Overall Winner of Winners Award, which was accompanied by a £10,000 media package.

Launch of new service

Continuing recognition of the Company's success

We are incredibly pleased to be able to reveal that our founder and Managing Director, Dr. Gillian Whitfield, has been selected as one of three finalists in the Entrepreneur of the Year category of the Five Counties Business Awards.  The Business Awards winners will be announced at a Gala Awards Ceremony and dinner to be held at the Celtic Manor on the 13 October and is the final event in the Five Counties Business Week.  Last year Astrum-IP won the Best New Business of the Year and we are delighted to be involved in the Event again this year.

Five Counties Exhibition - 11 October 2006
